Dillon was only seven months old when he got his first taste of climbing the Amboy volcano off of Route 66 in Amboy, California. He actually got a pretty easy ride on top of my fanny pack to the top of the crater and down into the center of the volcano. I turned him loose in the crater and he was able to explore the volcano floor, much to his delight!
