This is the Rasha, owned and shown by Heather Downing and painted by Karen Caldwell. Heather made and finished the costume for Sephra in time to enter and win the Hollywood Arabian Costume class at the KNSMHS 01.22.05. It was a very good day for Heather's Rasha too!
