Downtown Duvall - where the Woodinville-Duvall road crosses the valley and meets up with the town. The road was closed at noon due to the waters covering the roadway. In the 1990 flood, a man tried to cross this road and died from the flood. Now they keep people back from trying to do such foolish things. BTW, I am standing in this photo (I'm the one with the umbrella).
