Here's the close-up of the Johnny Johnston photo of the one-fifth life size Special Moment bronze. Since I sculpted this from life, I was on baby watch and was telephoned the moment the mare went into labor. I had to work very fast to get the look of a foal just as it came out, with the feathers still on its feet and no milk in its belly.
